Q: What are your hours?

A: Monday – Friday we are open 10 am – 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm. Closed Sundays and most major holidays.

Q: Do you allow test drives?

A: Yes. We only require a drivers license and a copy of your personal auto insurance to set you up for test drive.

Q: Can I take the vehicle to my mechanic?

A: You are welcome to bring your mechanic to our lot for an inspection.

Q: Do you offer a dealer warranty on your vehicles?

A: We do not offer a dealer warranty, however, we do offer an after market service contract to purchase that is 90 days, 6 months or 12 months.

Q: How do you recondition the vehicles before they are listed for sale?

A: We have a throrough reconditioning process before listing any vehicle. We have tested and inspected each vehicle to met or exceed highway safety standards unless explicitly disclosed. In fact, last year we spent over $155,000 on parts alone servicing our inventory.

Q: Do your vehicles have clean titles?

A: Yes, all have clean titles unless otherwise disclosed.

Q: Do you take trades or purchase vehicles directly?

A: Absolutely. Bring your vehicle by with your title and any pay off information and we can offer you a trade value.

Q: Can you hold a vehicle for me?

A: We cannot hold the vehicle without a non-refundable deposit. We are removing the vehicle from the market and will deny any offer that comes in after the deposit. You can reserve any unit on the vehicle descriptions page.

Q: How does your financing and down payments work?

A: We are a preferred dealership for several local and national lenders for consumers with prime to challenged credit. Your down payment will depend on several factors including your credit worthiness.

Q: Do you offer in-house financing?

A: Occasionally we have select inventory that we can consider for in-house financing on a case-by-case basis.

Q: How much is sales tax on this vehicle?

A: We do not collect tag, sales tax or title transfer fees at the dealership. This is done when you register your vehicle with your local DMV. A 2-month temporary tag is provided to give you time to receive the title and transfer it into your name.

Q: Do you ship vehicles?

A: Yes, we can help arrange shipping once the vehicle has been purchased and funded. We estimate $0.50 to $1.00 per mile, depending on the route.
